How to photograph Fox and Badger at night in your garden
Seit einigen Jahren kommen Fuchs und Dachs immer wieder mal in unseren Garten.
Leider sind die Tiere dermaßen scheu - ein Fotografieren ist fast unmöglich.
Ausserdem sind sie auch noch überwiegend nachtaktiv - und das macht es nicht einfacher.
Eine Lösung musste gefunden werden - und so entschloss ich mich die Tiere in der Nacht zu fotografieren.
Fotografieren mit Blitz ist da die naheliegende Lösung, jedoch möchte ich den Tieren in absoluter Dunkelheit natürlich nicht immer in die Augen blitzen.
Dauerlicht mit transportablen LED’s…das wäre ein Versuch wert. Gerade zum Filmen kann man so genug Licht bereitstellen.

For several years, fox and badger come to our garden from time to time.
Unfortunately, the animals are so shy - photographing them is almost impossible.
In addition, they are also mostly nocturnal - and that does not make it easier.
A solution had to be found - and so I decided to photograph the animals at night.
Photographing with flash is the obvious solution, but of course I don't want to flash into the eyes of the animals in absolute darkness.
Continuous light with transportable LED's...that would be worth a try. Especially for filming you can provide enough light.
